Makes: about 3 cups
3 cups pecans, soaked forat least 4 hours, drained
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1. Add all ingredients to the shortblender jug. Secure the lid.
2. Blend on HIGH speed until themixture is smooth and creamy.This may take 3 -4 minutes.
3. Store in an airtight container in therefrigerator for 2-3 days.
Note: You may need to use thetamper, periodically throughout, tohelp bring the ingredients together.
