Where can I find an instruction manual for my product?toggle

If you have misplaced your instruction manual, you can search and downloaded a copy from the "Instruction Booklets" section on the right hand side of the page.

I have a faulty product. What are my options?toggle

If within warranty period

  • If your product is within warranty and you have a retained a copy of your receipt, please return the product to the place of purchase for a replacement

If outside warranty period

Blenders

What would happen if I put my jug to wash in the dishwasher?toggle

If not placed on the top shelf and the temperature is set on high the jug will crack.

Can you blend hot soup in the blender?toggle

No.
You can only blend soup once it has cooled down completely.

Applicable to all models: All

When washing the jug is it best to remove the blades?toggle

If washing the jug in relatively warm/hot water it is best to remove the blades, as having the blades in will cause the base of the jug to crack.
